Two Hour Prenatal Massage shares many of the goals of regular massage –
to relax
tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and
just make you feel good. But it's also tailored specifically to the
needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies. I am specifically
trained in prenatal massage and I will adjust my techniques and your
position on the table accordingly. The pressure during this session
varies from light, to medium, to deep depending upon your unique and
specific needs. Unlike many other Massage Therapists who do Prenatal
Work, my work is not always light and I understand the need to get to
your aches and pains and address your specific pregnancy needs.
